Welcome to our store. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.
1. Our Print-on-Demand Model
All physical items available on this website are custom-manufactured and printed on-demand after an order is placed. We partner with a professional external printing network (our "Fulfilment Partner") to produce and ship these goods. Because our items do not exist as pre-made inventory, manufacturing timelines are subject to change based on seasonal demand.
2. Orders and Pricing
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders with pricing errors, incorrect shipping coordinates, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from typos or incomplete data entered during checkout.
3. Shipping, Handling, and Delivery
Production Windows: Standard production times take 2–5 business days before your package enters transit. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates from carrier networks and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Risk of Loss: Once our Fulfilment Partner hands a package over to a courier network (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, DHL), the physical risk of loss or transit damage transfers to the carrier.
Delivered Shipments: If a carrier’s tracking data officially verifies a package as "Delivered," it is legally recognised as fulfilled. We cannot issue free replacements or refunds for packages stolen from porches or missing due to local courier errors.
4. Returns, Cancellations, and Statutory Rights
Our return policy is governed strictly by the custom nature of our products and your geographic location:
US & Rest of World Orders: All sales are final. Because goods are printed to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections.
UK & EU Consumer Rights: Customers living in the UK and European Union retain their statutory rights. For qualified returns, the buyer is solely responsible for paying return postage costs, and items must be returned to our designated address in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect or print alignment error, we will issue a free replacement at no cost to the customer. All defect claims require clear photographic evidence and must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website—including custom artwork, text, graphics, logos, slogans, and site layout—is our exclusive property and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our designs without explicit written permission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local region/country, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
